This policy describes the offline Android edition of Magpie Trail: Merge Mystery, provided by SandGames. It does not describe versions hosted by web game portals.

Information on your device

The game stores your progress, settings, an approximate installation time, and gameplay statistics on your device. This information supports saving, resuming play, and the game's local features. Diagnostic events are processed locally. The Android edition does not transmit these records to the publisher or to analytics services.

Accounts, advertising, and payments

This edition does not create user accounts and does not include advertising, in-app purchases, cloud saves, or third-party tracking. It does not request your contacts, location, microphone, camera, or advertising identifier.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Saved information is kept in the app's private storage on your device. The app disables Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup of its stored records. You can remove your saved data through Android Settings by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. This also removes your game progress. There is no account or server-side copy for the publisher to delete or restore.

Audience

The game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

This Android edition does not ask players to provide personal information and does not include chat or user-generated content.
